Root, Switzerland – August 4, 2026 – HOCHDORF Swiss Nutrition Ltd today announced the appointment of Emanuel Ritzmann as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 3, 2026. Thomas Freiburghaus will concurrently assume the role of CEO of HOCHDORF Laboratories SA, the newly formed joint venture with Pharmalys.
Emanuel Ritzmann brings extensive CFO and executive leadership experience from the food industry, including senior positions at Migros Industrie and Hero. His expertise will support the next phase of our strategic and operational development.
Thomas Freiburghaus, CFO since May 2023, has been instrumental in HOCHDORF Swiss Nutrition's financial transformation, including leading the acquisition by AS Equity Partners, the company's recapitalization, and the M&A transaction establishing the Pharmalys joint venture.
