Our milk and whey
We purchase exclusively from Swiss dairy farmers and milk processors.
The processed at HOCHDORF milk It either comes directly from the farm, or we buy it from the Mooh, The largest association of Swiss dairy farmers. Our milk therefore meets at least the standard Suisse Garantie. Since 2024, we have only used milk from farms to produce our baby food that meets all criteria of Swissmilk green fulfill.
whey, from which we obtain many other valuable substances in addition to protein in highly complex processes, is produced in the production of cheese. We obtain the whey we process exclusively from Swiss cheese makers and therefore from regional milk processors.
