Root, 1 September 2026 – HOCHDORF Swiss Nutrition brings Bimbosan to Italy: Swiss quality for Italian families.
Swiss heritage brand Bimbosan reaches another important milestone: HOCHDORF Swiss Nutrition is launching the brand in Italy for the first time, making decades of Swiss expertise in high-quality infant nutrition accessible to Italian families.
At launch, distribution will focus on selected regions in Central and Southern Italy. Bimbosan will be available through selected wholesalers, pharmacies and specialist baby stores.
On 1 September 2026, the market entry was officially celebrated with a launch event at a specialist baby store in Naples. Marking the official launch, Sandro Tichelli, CEO of HOCHDORF Swiss Nutrition AG, said:

The Italian portfolio includes high-quality infant and follow-on formulas from the existing Bimbosan range, including Bimbosan’s most advanced formula, Super Premium with 7 HMOs. At the same time, Bimbosan is bringing new innovations to Italy. The portfolio will be expanded with new categories such as Infant Grade Supplements and liquid formulas, specifically designed to address the different needs of babies and families.
With its launch in Italy, HOCHDORF continues the Bimbosan success story, making the brand’s Swiss quali-ty, expertise and closeness to families accessible to even more families.
