Dirk Siefken zum CHRO und Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung ernannt

Effective 1 January 2026, Dirk Siefken will be appointed Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and join the Executive Board.

Dirk joined our company in autumn and brings with him extensive national and international HR experience.

With Human Resources represented at Executive Board level, we are strengthening the strategic anchoring of people issues and creating important conditions for our continued growth.
