HOCHDORF has recruited Andreas von Wyl as its new Head of Milk Procurement and Agricultural Policy. Mr von Wyl, from Neudorf, has a degree in Food Technology and Master of Business Administration. He takes over the position from Werner Schweizer, who held the post ad interim following his retirement. Andreas von Wyl comes to HOCHDORF from the holding company of the international Bakels Group in Rothenburg, having previously held positions at various cheese dairies and at Nestlé.
As one of the four largest milk processors in Switzerland, HOCHDORF processes and dries around 240 million kilograms of milk per year. The position of Head of Milk Procurement and Agricultural Policy had been held ad interim by Werner Schweizer since the beginning of 2023. He returned from retirement to stand in for Cemil Klein, who stopped working for several months due to illness and had been in this position since 1 January 2021. re-advertised.
In Andreas von Wyl, HOCHDORF has found a competent successor for this important position. In future, he will also represent the milk processor in industry committees. He will take up his new post from 1 October 2023.
