In the light of current market conditions, we have taken the decision to adjust our General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) as of 1 January 2023. The most important changes are listed below:
- Paragraph 2, Prices: Price adjustments can now also be made due to changes in energy costs (fuel, electricity, gas), should these fluctuate by more than 5%.
- Paragraph 5, Delivery and fulfilment: Delivery modalities have been adapted to the standard market conditions and made more flexible. The section on force majeure has also been revised.
- Paragraph 8, Right of withdrawal and cancellation: The regulations on cancellation rights for unlimited contracts and for fixed-term contracts with a term of more than three years have been revised and extended.
The new GTCs are considered accepted if you do not exercise your right to object within 14 calendar days (see paragraph 1 of the GTCs).
