Management transactions

The members of the Board of Directors and the management team at HOCHDORF Holding AG must disclose any transactions of HOCHDORF shares and conversion loans to the SIX Swiss Exchange.

These reports support the supply of information to (potential) investors. They provide an additional, qualitative source of information with regard to investment decisions.
