Our extensive expertise in the field of powder drying comes into its own in the production of VIOPLUS. We produce VIOPLUS on the same state-of-the-art roller and spray drying equipment as our conventional milk powder, ensuring identical texture, structure and functionality.

VIOPLUS is an all-in-one plant-based blend that can be used as a substitute for conventional milk powder. It means that one raw material is virtually just substituted by another.

Heat in the drying process neutralises the taste and removes the bitterness of the plant-based raw material or fava beans – also known as field beans or horse beans. It also eliminates anti-nutritional substances.
