CEO Damian Henzi leaves HOCHDORF Group

Change at HOCHDORF Group

Hochdorf, 18 December 2012 – Damian Henzi, CEO of HOCHDORF Holding AG, left the company. The decision was reached by mutual agreement. The Board of Directors said the move was borne out of differing viewpoints over the strategy of the HOCHDORF Group.

Damian Henzi joined the former Schweizerische Milch-Gesellschaft AG as acting sales and marketing manager in September 1994. He took on the tasks of managing director in August 1997 and with it the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He has been in the position of CEO of HOCHDORF Holding AG since 1 January 2006.

The Board of Directors of the HOCHDORF Group cited differing viewpoints over the strategy of the HOCHDORF Group as the reason for the move. The Board of Directors thanked Damian Henzi for his long-standing commitment.

It will provide further information on succession arrangements in due course.
